Can we purchase E Khata properties in Bangalore?

Please be noted, there is no concept of A khata, B khata, or E khata property. A Legally qualified property receives a khata certificate & extract from BBMP. Violated properties are not eligible to receive khata certificate. Violation like deviation from building approval plan, safety issue, and non-converted land. To improve the property tax collection, such violated properties are registered under form B-extract and not eligible to receive khata certificate. A khata, B-khata, or E-Khata are local languages to classify the legality of property but there is no documentation to classify. As per my understanding in the local language, un-converted lands are called E-khata. In other terms, electronically generated khata are called E-khata. Through Sakala online service, we can extract the khata certificate electronically without visiting respective BBMP office. We provide the service of document verification and khata extract.
