  Khata is available forever to download once after the application approved and BBMP payment. Following are the steps to be followed once the khata application is approved Step 1: Pay your BBMP charges at your nearest Bangaloreone center, will take 1 day to reflect payment status on Sakala website.  Make sure that you retain this payment receipt. The payment receipt looks like below images.  Step 2; BBMP upload the khata certificate and extract within 7 working days from the day of BBMP payment. This uploaded certificate will be in your Sakala account forever to download and there is no time limitation to download. Generally, BBMP upload only khata certificate and not extract. It is wise to visit the BBMP office and collect hard copy of your khata certificate and extract.
