  Khata transfer can apply through, Online Off-line Before we go into the application procedure, keep the following documents ready for application. Aadhaar Sale deed copy with notary public attested Tax paid receipt (Current year) Encumbrance certificate (from the date of sale deed to current year) Previous owner’s khata certificate. Occupation certificate (Optional) Online Application: Step 1:  Open “Sakala online services” website  Login Page Step 2:  Create an account. Your name, gender, email id, and Indian mobile number require to create an account. Login with user name and password Step 3:  At home page, click the tab Application”. and click “Online application form” at dropdown. Below image for your reference. Step 4:  Click at “transfer”, Refer the circle in below image for better understanding. Step 5:  Fill the application form.   For BDA Khata transfer, apply through  “Seva Sindhu”. Here is the link to the site  https://sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in/Sevasindhu/English The fee for BDA Khata transfer is approx 2% of your sale deed’s stamp duty. For example, The purchase value of the property is Rs. 30 Lakh Stamp duty is 5% of purchase value : Rs. 30 lakh X 5% = 1.5 Lakh Khata transfer fee: Rs. 1.5 Lakh X 2% = Rs.3000/- (Approx) When we apply for BDA Khata transfer. Property should be located in BDA limits. It should be either allotted by BDA or approved by BDA Below are the documents require for BDA Khata transfer: Through Sale Deed 1. Current Sale deed 2. Mother Deed/Previous sale deeds 3. Encumbrance Certificate (Form -15) till date 4. Tax Paid Receipt (Current Year) 5. ID proof 6. Possession Certificate (if available) 7.
