Step 1: Prepare a draft in word format or download standard draft from internet and customize it.

A draft looks like the below image (This is an affidavit)

Step 2: Buy non-judicial e-stamp paper from co-operative bank, registrar office, or court near you.

Following are the details required to buy an e-stamp paper

  • Title of the document: (For example: Rental agreement / Affidavit)
  • 1st party name
  • 2nd Party name
  • Your contact number
  • Stamp duty: (For example Rs. 20/50/100)

Step 3: Print the draft on e-stamp paper and use normal A4 size paper for consecutive pages print.

Step 4: Carry the following documents to notary near you.

  • Printed stamp paper
  • Supporting documents for notary verification
  • Any of the government-approved ID proofs (Aadhar, passport, or driving license)

Applicant(s) and witness should sign on the printer stamp paper in front of notary.
