What is the process of POA adjudication? I am trying to register POA for my mother to buy a house in Chennai as I am currently in USA. My mother aadhar card has Salem address .Can’t I adjudicate in Chennai to buy property if mother address in Salem?

If you already decided on the property in Chennai. Write the property address in the schedule section of POA. This POA should be adjudicated at the district register office of where the property you intend to purchase in Chennai
