 We provide deed machine cleaning service in Bangalore, India.

Cleaning is a budding business in Bangalore, still many yet to realize the value of professional cleaning.

As of now, professional cleaning is an underpaid business. I hope, this will change over time in India.

Below is our tariff with the following number of labors, hospital-grade detergent, transportation, and Rs. 50K capital investment. Our cleaning includes end to end deep machine cleaning.

1BHK - 2 Labor - Rs. 3K

2BHK - 3 Labor - Rs.4K

3BHK - 3 Labor - Rs.5K

Villa - 4 Labor - Rs.7K

We pay Rs. 1K per labor per day in our organization. Even paying such a huge amount, it's quite challenging to retain laborers in metro city, labors keep changing. Sometimes we outsource labor with addition of Rs.200

On average, we get around 5 orders per week. Our source of marketing is online classifiers. We pay around Rs. 200 per lead (This may or may not confirm the order)

This is not the big margin business but you get an order every day. Meanwhile, you should be skilled enough to handle and retain labors.
