Get your POA Adjudicated at your respective District Registrar office.
For Example: If you buy or sell a property in Yelahanka in Bangalore. Yelahanka comes under the District of Gandhi Nagar Registrar office.
One should carry the following documents for POA Adjudication.
- Original & Photocopy of POA (1 set of photocopy)
- Requisition Letter for Adjudication (Attached the format below)
- ID Proof (Aadhar or Passport)

Pay the required stamp duty. Officer in the registrar office will tell your stamp value amount. It is around Rs. 200 for blood relatives. The amount varies drastically for non-blood relatives.
