What is the time limit for power of attorney for property document?

 The time limit should be specified in “Power of attorney” itself. Generally time limit is as below

  1. Till the purpose of POA is accomplished. ( Till Transaction & sale deed signing)
  2. Validity of 1 month, 6 months or 1 year specified in POA
  3. Till the life of an executant or attorney.
  4. Even after the executant’s death.

How do I get BBMP tax paid receipts of previous years (from 2013 to 2015)?

  Here is the step-by-step procedure to download previous year's property tax paid receipt. Step 1:  Visit BBMP website  https://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in/ Step 2:  Click on “Downloads” in menu and click “Receipt Print”. Refer to the below image in the circle for your reference. Step 3:  Select the “year” and type your 10 digit application number. Refer to the below image in circle for your reference. Enter the captcha and click submit.
