                      Here is the step by step procedure to make a rental agreement

  1. Prepare the agreement draft in word format. If you don’t have a draft, write to us, we share a draft at no cost.
  2. Buy Rs.100 Non-Judicial e-stamp paper from the nearest co-operative bank, register office, or court
  3. Print the agreement draft on e-stamp paper
  4. Property owner, tenant, and two witnesses should sign the rental agreement
  5. Meet the notary public near you and notarize the rental agreement. Notary is mandatory if you wish to use the agreement as your local address proof.

This completes the execution of rental agreement in Karnataka
